Information: Pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/03 "Code regarding the protection of personal data"), we inform you that the personal data you provide us by sending your curriculum vitae, will be processed by our company for the sole purposes relating to the evaluation of your professional profile and the possible selection process aimed at establishing a working relationship or professional collaboration.
The data will be processed with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools, using suitable tools to ensure their security and confidentiality, in accordance with the relevant regulations in force. The provision of data is, of course, optional; however, failure to provide some of them could jeopardize a complete evaluation of your candidacy. We also inform you that we will delete the data in the absence of your express written consent to the processing of the same for the purposes indicated in this statement. We strongly urge you NOT to include sensitive data in the curriculum pursuant to Article 4 of Legislative Decree 196/03, namely those relating to the state of health, racial or ethnic origins, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, adherence to parties or trade unions. The processing of data concerning your possible belonging to protected categories - partly classified by law as sensitive data - will be carried out exclusively for the purposes of a possible recruitment under the laws in force on mandatory employment. The data will be processed by employees and / or collaborators belonging to the offices involved for the purposes set out in this statement. The data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes and in any case for a period of time not exceeding 12 months from the date of their receipt. After this period of time, if in the meantime you have not been selected for an interview, we will delete them.
